[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 11-9-12

Got up a little late this morning due to the cloudy day here in Arizona but when I turned the radio on it was a great day with lots of carriers and audio.  Most of the auction was on the bottom part of the band and it was the best morning for TP's this year by far.   It will be interesting to see what was heard up in the Northwest.

747  JOIB Japan, Sapporo hrd at 1352 utc with man-woman talking and time pips at 1400 utc.
774  JOUB Japan, Akita hrd at 1354 utc with man-woman talking.
