[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/08/12

Because of a fussy Sun it was a good morning here for sleeping late. The only
signals were hets from Asia on 558 and 828 kHz. There was a brief barely
audible signal on 774 kHz at 1257 GMT.

Meanwhile it was a good night for hearing signals from the Canadian prairie
provinces and North Dakota. Fair to good signals from 540-CBK, 620-CKRM,
650-CKOM, 660-CFAR, 680-CJOB and 750-CJVR. The signal from 990-CBW was solid
from about 1600 yesterday to well past sunrise. Not bad for a station 1496 km
(930 miles) distance. CBW has been my regular CBC sourcefor over 50 years.

Good DX everyone.

Richard Allen,
near Perry OK USA.
