No Russian long waves this morning. Taiwan in this morning on 1557, a rare station here. One of the small NHK2 was heard on 1512 kHz, first time here for that to happen.  HLAZ 1566 finally made it in late at 1456 utc. Surprised that the lower powered Asian stations did so well with the A index at 17.  Have a nice weekend.

594   JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1336 weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. 1500 3+1 pips with fair signal. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012.

603   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1330-1335 assuming the station with weak signal and moderate splatter with music and talk. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

693   JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1444 fair signal with moderate splatter. Woman in Japanese. S-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

738   TAHITI, Radio Polynesie 1503 weak with man in French. slight splatter with the fade out of KCBS. W-Sw ewe. 11/02/2012

774   JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1350-1354 weak signal during this period with moderate domestic splatter. 1443 good signal. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

828   JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1442 fair signal with woman in Japanese. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

1287  JAPAN, JOHR HBC 1438 -1439 weak signal with music and Japanese. Seemed to be on top of unknown station. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

1314  JAPAN, JOUF 1419-1421 weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

1422  JAPAN, JORF 1423 fair signal with man in Japanese and piano music. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

1503  JAPAN, JOUK NHK1 1435 very weak signal with woman in Japanese. 

1512  JAPAN, JO?? 1424-1432 weak to fair signal at times. // 828 with Japanese talk. Moderate splatter. NW-ewe. 11/02/2012

1557  TAIWAN, Family Radio 1338-1343 poor signal, weak at times with heavy splatter. Piano music Chinese (PALs). Fair signal at 1447 with man in Chinese. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ FEBC 1456 finally made it in this morning with woman in Chinese and weak signal. W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012

1584  UNKNOWN, 1424-1426 couple of signal here, just threshold level. NW ewe. 11/02/2012

1575  THAILAND, VOA 1346 good signal with man in Khmer (PALs). W-SW ewe. 11/02/2012
