Up late this morning, Listened from 1409-1510. Only one Russian long wave. 3 second tier Japanese stations received. Much better on the lower channels this morning. 15 stations heard this morning while on this date on 2011 8 MW stations heard. Last years receptions listed at the bottom of page. 774 JOUB still in with weak signal at 1518 utc.

558    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLQH KBS 2 1415 fair signal with man in Korean & // 603 HLSA. W-SW ewe. 11/01/2012

567    JAPAN, JOIK NHK1 1419 very weak signal // 594 JOAK. W-SW ewe. 11/01/2012

594    JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1421 good signal with man in Japanese. W-SW ewe. 11/01/2012

603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1415 good signal with man in Korean.  W-SW ewe. 11/01/2012
