[IRCA] any TAs out there?

Quick note from Howe Bay, PEI, in the company of Brent Taylor, Niel Wolfish and
Bruce Conti.   We're awash in TA's; still haven't found India on 1071 yet, too
much Saudi and Iran there so far.   But....are TA's being heard anywhere else? 

I've got the DX Fishbarrel running full time back at home, but it's facing out
to the west, but every once in a while it has shown weak 1215 and 1575 this
evening, so makes me wonder if TAs are finding their way past our antennas here.
