[IRCA] Today's TP DX - 26 October

TP Reception today was slightly better than Wednesday or Thursday. Like 
Gary, I found a few of the bigger targets producing weak audio between 
1300 and 1340.   Most of the activity was at the low end of the dial, 
with very little going on at the high end.  The most interesting catch 
was what I'm assuming was HLKR-864 with 3+1 pips at 1300.

There were quite a few carriers present today, so there may yet be hope 
for a better tomorrow.

Somewhat OK audio - HLCA-972 woman in Korean 1327
