Only one Russia long wave this morning. On MW it was a Japanese morning. The upper channels were good with tier two stations being heard. Nothing from Japanese stations on 558 or 567. China late on 639 and the only Chinese station heard. Tahiti the only DU station this morning. 

153   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1326 poor with man in Russian. NW ewe. 10/17/2012

594   JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1328 fair signal with woman in Japanese. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

603   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1414 assuming the station with very weak signal and slow talking man with music in background. W-SW ewe. Splatter less channel. 10/17/2012

639   CHINA, CNR1 1416-1419 very weak signal with man in Chinese. // 6030. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012.

693   JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1310 fair signal with man in Japanese and moderate splatter. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012
 
738      Tahiti, Radio Polynesie 0945-0952 with a weak signal at times. Audio heard 3 times during this time period. Not heard latter in the morning. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

747      JAPAN, JOIB NHK2 1314 fair signal with moderate splatter. Man in Japanese. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1001 very poor signal, just above threshold audio. Moderate splatter. Fair signal at 1312.. Good at 1352. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1002 poor signal with woman in Japanese. 1315 fair signal.  W-SW ewe. 10/07/2012

891      JAPAN, JOHK NHK1 1331-1333 fair signal with woman in Japanese. // JOAK 594. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

972      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLCA 1317 fair signal with man in Korean. Moderate KUFO splatter. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

1008     JAPAN, JONR ABC 1335-1336 assuming the station with weak signal with Japanese. Man/woman announcers. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

1053     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1319 jammer with fair signal. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

1242    JAPAN, JOLF NBS 1401 weak signal with woman/man in Japanese. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012
 
1287    JAPAN, JOHR HBC 1340 very weak signal with man in Japanese. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

1422    UNKNOWN, 1408-1409 weak station with music under JORF. Not heard before. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012

1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, , HLAZ FEBC 1301 fair signal with Japanese. W-SW ewe. 10/17/2012
