[IRCA] TPs for 3 October - This is more like it!

Conditions improved quite a bit here today compared to the past few 
days.  I'll go so far as to say this was my best TP morning so far this 
season (which actually  isn't saying much, except that things always 
start picking up here as soon as October rolls around).

Highlights included an ID from Family Radio on 1557, plus audio from 
several NHK stations.  As weird as it sounds, JOAK-594 actually produced 
audio for me for the first time this season.  I have no idea why it's 
been so elusive here, since everyone else seems to have been hearing it 
pretty well.

There were lots of carriers this morning.  Generally speaking, China was 
missing in action, Japan was good, and Korea was mixed.

Here's what the SDR recorded 1245 to 1315 UTC

Good audio (even though it was only for brief periods)
774 JOUB, weather in Japanese 1314
1566 HLAZ, piano music & religious talk in Japanese 1344.  Theme music 
1345, carrier cut for 15 seconds, then back with signal about 10 db 
weaker.  Matches listed time for antenna/language change.

Fair talk (even for brief periods), bits of it understandable by a 
native speaker willing to put up with noise and splatter.
693 JOAB weather 1308, first audio of the season
747 JOIB weather /774 1317
828 JOBB weather //774 1312
972 KBS, weaker than normal, but fair KK talk 1353, weak mx 1359, 
nothing at 1400
1557 Taiwan, fair w/religious sounding mx 1359, then talk w/mention of 
Family Radio 1400:30, about as strong as 1566 but more splatter
1575 VOA possible ID 1400 but too weak to tell for sure,, then rose up 
to fair level with Asian talk 1401
