[IRCA] TP DX for 29 Sept - yuck!

TP conditions in Seattle were horribly pathetic this morning.  There was 
a carrier on 1566, but otherwise nothing.

My locals were their normal strength, so my antenna was working

Hopefully, reception will improve tomorrow.
