[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-16

Hello All,

It was another exciting TP-DXing morning here, with several Asiatic mainland stations producing vibrant audio. I'm very happy that Nick was also able to receive a potent signal from the 603 kHz mystery Chinese station this morning-- here, it was dominating the frequency over a weak HLSA throughout sunrise enhancement. Maybe it has had a power increase, or antenna change? The 603 UnID Chinese station seems to have every intention of becoming another Chinese "big gun" TP, similar to the transformation of 936-Anhui a couple of years ago. Besides the 603 fireworks both 936-Anhui and 1575-VOA had their best audio of the new season so far, although the Japanese "big guns" didn't really boom in like yesterday.
 
Thanks to Chuck for his positive Hulun Buir ID on Nick's recording of the 603 kHz Mystery Chinese! At least now we know who this new "big gun" Chinese station is.
