[IRCA] TP for 11 Sept 2012; Victoria version

Not a bad morning, but once again, Asiatic signals seemed generally stronger
around 1230 to 1300UT than 1320UT when I'd been getting enhancements before.  
There was a gentle DU enhancement by 1340 or so, though some of the big Asiatic
guns were still showing; these DU signals can be quite clear though weak, due to
reduced splatter near sunrise.  Conditions are still "bitty" except for the big
guns; if something is being heard, you can be pretty sure it won't be heard very
soon.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

774 JOUB EE lessons at 1252UT; again generally the best signal, sometimes mixing
with suspected 3LO
1053 KK jammer ruling the roost 1253UT
1566 HLAZ man in JJ at 1301UT


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

612 4QR DU EE by man at 1340UT
702 2BL DU EE by man at 1253; only Aussie at this time, and wasn't heard later
when the others arrived
747 JOIB EE lessons //774 1250UT
1575 VoA man in SE Asian language 1343UT




not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

153 R. Rossii w/ RR talk by man 1305; only one showing audio at this time
567 JOIB female vocal mx //594 at 1254
576 2RN jazzy mx with fast bass line 1337UT // 846 and 792 eventually
594 JOAB much the same strength at 1254UT
891 JOHK //567, JJ talk by man 1256UT
972 HLCA man talking 1259, pips on hour
1287 JOHR man in JJ at 1306UT



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

180 R. Rossii, blues ensemble 1249UT //279
189 R. Rossii, blues ensemble 1249UT //279
234 R. Rossii, blues ensemble, followed by man talking, RR inflection, 1250UT //279
594 3WV man talking //612 1341UT
621 woman talking 1302UT, no idea
792 4RN jazzy mx //576 at 1338UT
828 JOBB and ? sounded like EE lessons, plus a man talking
846 vocal mx seemed //576 at 1345UT, if so, 2RN
1269 woman talking seemed //1287, if so JOHW
1548 4QD?  man talking at 1343UT but no parallels right then.






Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1098 later, 1188, 1242, 1323, 1503
