[IRCA] TP for 10 Sept 2012; maybe preliminary Victoria version

An interesting but not too exciting morning. Mostly the regulars, and there
seemed to be a lot more splatter than usual. Also, to compensate for strong
signals earlier, there didn't seem much of the usual enhancement around 1320UT

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

567 unID, woman singing at 1240UT, likely JOIK, but no 594 parallel. Other
regular JJ were strong at this time.

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

738 Tahiti. FF talk by man 1240UT
774 JOUB EE lessons 1242
828 JOBB EE lessons //774 at 1247UT
1566 HLAZ woman in JJ 1241UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

972 likely HLCA with man and woman talking 1321UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

594 woman w/JJ inflection in her speech, 1319UT; not nearly so good this morning
as yesterday
747 JOIB mx //774 at 1246
1188 man talking 1325UT, JJ inflection? Too much splash to really tell
1323 mumbly talk by man at 1320; too weak to tell language

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

909 945 1044 1179 1314 1548 w/ SAH

best wishes,

Nick
