[IRCA] CKGM 690

CKGM noted parallel on both 690 and 990 frequencies at the moment. They 
also seem to run at full power on 690 compared to the last days when 
they were testing. As for the 990 frequency, it is now operating on a 
noticeable reduced power.

Their website http://www.tsn.ca/montreal/ has already been updated using 
their new slogan " TSN Radio 690 ". It was reported that they will 
simulcast on both frequencies for three months before leaving 990 
definitely.
