[IRCA] TP August 28, 2012 / Victoria version

Mostly ho hum, a bit of enhancement around 1300, Asia, followed quickly by a DU or two.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1287 JOHR woman in rapid fire JJ at 1247, and a couple of other points in the next 15 minutes
1566 HLAZ man in JJ, pretty consistent from 1254 to 1257UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

279 R. Rossii man in RR 1303UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

612 man talking in the murk, 1302UT, 4QR?
738 various points from 0859UT onwards, where FF inflected talk was heard occasionally
774 man talking at 1313UT, but too murky to tell language

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

747, 1053, 1134

best wishes,

Nick
