-1302 utc.  Recorded from 1250-1301 utc.  Will review recording latter this morning.  


279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1213 fair signal with man in Russian.
567     Level 5 het 1223
576     Level 5 het 1223
594     JAPAN, JOAK 1216 very weak signal.  Man in Japanese. Best on SW ewe?
                     Heavy splatter from KUGN 590.  1226 woman in Japanese.
                     First time this summer.
774     Level 5 two hets 1229 
738     TAHITI 1248 weak signal with man in French.
1503    Level 5 het 1222
1566    Level 5 het 1221
1611    Level 5 het 1231
1656    AUSTRALIA, Voice of Asian Chinese? threshold audio at 1232.  Poor audio with woman in ? 
                   at 1233. Music heard briefly at 1234 with signal rising to fair.  Man speaking 
                   Chinese? at 1236 with music in background and nearly good signal.  Fading at 
                   1246.  Weak signal 1249.  1253 music and woman talking.  1256-1257 Asian music.
                   1300 no pips or ID heard as signal was fading. Audio gone by 1301.  Best on Sky
                   wire loop.  Recorded at times from 1250-1301 utc.
