No long-waves heard this morning and only Tahiti 738 with any audio.  Conditions down from
yesterday morning.  Listened on & off from 1101-1238 utc.

738     TAHITI, 1101-1105 fair signal at times with splatter and woman/man in French.

                1225 fair signal with French and KCBS splatter.
