I have KSHO 540 Hesperia QSL'd from 1987, signed by Robert Turner Dir of
Eng. Mentioned they were testing with 250w at the time. 
  CBXQ 540 (LPRT) is still operating as I get them 24/7 here, but they
will be moving to FM in the future.
