[IRCA] New station 1450 kHz KLZS Eugene, OR

With Portland, OR KBPS off the air Eugene, OR station KLZS 1450 was heard with a fair
signal and simulcasting KKNX oldies programming.  Best on the High Performance Active
whip with a S-9 signal.  Station underneath KLZS maybe KSUH Puyallup or KBKW Aberdeen, |WA.
