Already July, how time flies. The solar activity of yesterday didn't seem to hurt DU reception much; high band had most of the activity this morning. Very weak signals for everything, and short 400' N/S wire best for all the high band--not always the case. Weak hets over the whole band at first, shifting to high band later on, as usual lately.
675 traces of music 1153 utc.
1503 very poor DU talk 1157 utc.
Hets on every 9kHz channel 1503-1701 kHz. Multiple hets on some, such as 1629 and 1701. Interesting how frequency of most carriers is not on-frequency for these high band stations. (1665 is on-frequency.)
1701 very poor DU talk 1206 utc.
1665 very poor/poor male vocal music, with Indian/Middle Eastern flavor 1209 utc.
1629 two stations, both very poor, one DU talk, one pop music 1211 utc.
1503 very poor EE pop music 1214 utc.
1584 very poor pop music, with heavy beat, 1216 utc (+29 Hz carrier).
1116 very poor DU talk 1218 utc.
All audio gone by 1220 utc.
No LWBC Rossii today just weak hets on 180 and 279.

Steve -

Your 1584 station with the offset is Palau. Good luck catching a good enough signal for an ID - they tend to play a lot of non-stop music.
