[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Monday

738 with poor signal on peaks, halfway decent for a short while, with 
slow vocal tune with piano, unknown language. Didn't seem like French. 
1148 utc.
Lots of hets over the whole band this morning, but starting early and 
ending early. 1503 close to audio, several others close to audio, only 
738 with audio. Everything gone by 1200 utc where lately signals have 
been peaking around 1210 utc.
Nothing for LWBC Rossii, I suppose due to the high solar activity.
