[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR

600   KCOL   CO, Wellington, coming in fairly well with fire updates and
talk, at 0030 EDT 6/11. Must be on 5 KW for emergencies. I have heard
this one, but years ago when they were under an earlier call and was
Adult Standards. I logged KCOL, but it was on 1410. (PM-OR)
