[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Friday

I had the same hets as Dennis, and lots of them today, just none except 
1503 strong enough for audio. Conditions lately are back to the usual 
very poor.
1503 had occasional very poor DU audio at 1208 utc, deep-voiced man talking.
1725 GA,PNG beacon very poor 1132 utc (only heard with narrow audio filter).
LWBC Rossii 180 weak, 279 poor 1110 utc.
Thanks to Glenn Hauser and Chuck Hutton for tips and comments on my (and 
Nick's) 1674 reception the other day, which more than likely was an Aussie.
