[IRCA] WFNY-1440 NY test heard in MN

0119 & 0130 EDT gave calls in code maybe 5 times. The repetition really helped me be sure as I couldn't copy a full 4 letters in a row with bad QRM & QRN. Seemed like a good signal, other stuff just stronger. 73, George S., MN
