[IRCA] WIPR Maxima 940 Puerto Rico (again)

WIPR Maxima radio again heard // web stream, amidst much atmospheric noise, static crashes etc, much fading to below noise level, the stream seems to be about a half second ahead of the live radio what a difference a few hundred miles makes, I have heard no sign of Mexico last night or tonight yet. Romantic music, bolero music, female and male vocals have been heard. I could never have IDed it without the web site,
