[IRCA] 1700 kHz TIS assistance needed

Noted on MAR 12 0010 EST'

1700    Arlington VA information station heard with English and Spanish 
annoucnements.  The FCC's TIS query page doesn't seem to work at all.

Some web research comes up with the following call letters, but which one is 
correct?

WQBY206 or WQCR563
