I know it SAYS watts on the link, but it HAS to mean kilowatts.  Let's look at this reasonably -- the combined area of Casper-Evansville is 31.1 square miles.  2 watts, or even 3, at night will NOT cover that in anyone's wildest dreams.  Why would KUYO be on the air with a peanut power like that if most of the Casper metro wouldn't even be able to hear it at that hour?  My guess is that 3 kw and 2 kw are correct.

Oh wait. You're right.

I thought the FCC always specified powers in kilowatts, but looking at
the PSSA again I see it's watts...
