[IRCA] Oldies on 1220

Hi All:

OK, I'll admit I don't follow every thread that runs on the IRCA list.  I do recall seeing several posts about an UnID on 1220, but I didn't read them.  Now I have an UnID on 1220 running oldies w/"Smokin' Kevin," but no local spots & no IDs; just, "The best of the `60s, `70s and `80s," and a promo for a party records weekend.  Killing WHKW until 2045 EDT, then vanished without a trace.  Back after 2115 even stronger, but now weakeening and mostly u/WHKW.  No TOH ID @2200, just dead air followed by network jingle.  The only oldies station listed on the channel is WGNY, Newburgh, NY.  Is it them?  Any other suggestions?  The lack of any IDs or local spots suggests somebody has changed formats.
