If you go by the 2012 WRTH, then that is the correct sign-on time on  
Saturdays, Robert. However, on ZBVI's website, especially their  "Information 
Programs" page _http://www.zbvi.vi/infoprog.htm_ 
(http://www.zbvi.vi/infoprog.htm) , they  list their first Saturday program at 7:00 AM their time, 1100 
UTC or 4  AM MST. I can't say if this is their true sign-on time or just when  
their information programs start.
