[IRCA] DU's for 03/09/12 Kalama Washington

 After hearing Tahiti  738 early this morning I scanned  around the MW band and found
English talk on 1116.  Time was 1020-1024 and the signal was weak to nearly
fair at times.  DU accented men talking until fading out after 1024 utc.  Believe 
this station to be 4BC Brisbane, Australia.  I have heard them at the Salmon Creek
location.  Checked other DU channels 702, 891, 1503 and others and found just
weak carriers (hets).    No sign of Asian stations MW or long wave in the 1000 hour utc.
