Agreed on KOTZ from a Midwesterner's point of view, Russ. As far as KBOI  
goes, it is now absolutely critical that they really do juice it up to 50  kW 
during Morse code ID's, and very helpful if they keep their 0108  and 0138 
MST (0308 and 0338 ELT) schedule. Even then, it could very well be  a lost 
cause.
