[IRCA] NE Oregon DUs, Wednesday

Almost totally dead on LF so migrated to MW early. DUs were first heard at
1340 utc and lasted almost exactly one hour. All low band up to 1116, and
many hets. Only upper band het, not close to audio, was 1548. All DUs with
English audio. Only 891 reached weak level (7.5-8) but at one time was
strong enough to overpower the new 890 Idaho station (which came on at 1403
utc).
These all had audio at one time or another, between 1340-1440 utc:

891 5AN and 4TAB both heard various times, reaching weak level at peak
