[IRCA] ZBVI lacking WBBM

WRTH 2012 shows the sign-on for ZBVI on Saturdays is 0930 UT (different on other days), so that should fit in nicely during the last half hour of WBBM-off, after everyone gets KOTZ 720 at 0900-0930. 73, Glenn Hauser
