Re: [IRCA] [NRC-AM] [Amdx] 580 WHP test makes it - probably night power
I wasn't having any luck with them at the announced times (12:15 am, 12:45,
1:15, etc.) but stumbled on a clear ID and announcement of the test with
morse code at 3:39 am. I also heard faint code at 2:48 under a jumble of
other stations.
