I just phased down 1110 KBND Bend, OR and now receiving Punjabi.
Woman singing and a S-7 signal.  At 158 miles North as the crow flies the signal 
is getting out good for 500 watts.

I was tuning by 1110 today off the NE EWE and I noted Punjabi type
music. Anyone else notice this? I cannot believe many people in Oak
Harbor WA would listen to this? A bit far a low power to reach Vancouver
well.
