[IRCA] DX Tips for WDXR

Wow! Two new catches in one morning. I have not done that in a while.

1400    KIHH    CA, Eureka, Immaculate Heart Radio, with usual satellite
rel. pgm and at 0559.50 EST 1/27   "KIHH Eureka" Back into Rel. pgm.
Faded back into jumble. New for me.  (PM-OR)

1400   KFJL   OR, Central Point, fair briefly on top at 0400 and again
at 0600 EST 1/27. 0400 "Good morning. This is KFJL Central Point
Oregon...." Then at 0600 a woman saying " ....In Central Point Oregon"
New for me. (PM-OR)
