Around 4:00 PM PST yesterday while driving from Longview, WA to
Kalama, WA and listening to 1550 KKOV a ethnic station was over/under
KKOV.  After reading Bill's posting,  I now know it was KRPI.   KKOV signal
at noon here is S-9+45db, I could phase KKOV signal down to S-5, but no
sign of KRPI.  KRPI is 197 miles North of here as the crow flies.
