[IRCA] 570 Williams Lake BC ( No KVI Seattle)

At 0700 PST  today a quick bandscan revealed another off air anomaly,this time on 570 as CKWL In Williams Lake BC dumped an 8 of 10 signal into Victoria and even with receiver aimed at Seattle showed no mix so KVI must have been shut down due to weather or maintenance. An hour later ( by bus ) about 20 miles north of Victoria a weaker WL was  mixing with another signal so I guess Seattle was back on.
Also at 9 AM 700 was in with audible signal with ESPN radio so that must have been Salt Lake City. The usual big guys from Alberta were also still hanging in with after sunrise skip. Bill in BC
