At 6:48 am 1300 has 2-3 stations mixing here in Seattle.  One of them is 
running Bloomberg News, so I suspect KKOL is still on or back on, but 
with greatly reduced power.  It's never very strong at my house, but 
they're much weaker than normal right now.
