[IRCA] Any luck w/ BCB QSLs from Spain or France?

Anyone have any luck within the last year getting QSLs out of any of the Radio Nacional Espana or Radio France mediuumwave outlets?

RNE HQ in Madrid and TDF HQ in Paris both used to be really good about providing full data QSLs, but I've not been able to pry one out of either of them in a couple years at least.
