[IRCA] Strong Cuban like a local

Sometimes, a Cuban "pest" can be quite attractive especially with such a 
great local like signal and I thought it worth mentioning.  The 
following has been recorded at 04:59 UT on last December 2nd at 900 KHz. 
This is CMKB, Radio Progreso with ID, anthem and "Nocturno" program
