[IRCA] Lower Susquehanna Valley TIS 1670

NOAA weather station "serving the lower Susquhanna Valley" - this is new for me but not yet sure of calls or precise location. Also managed 1310 WEMG Camden NJ with Spanish ads // station web stream.
 
Relogs include NJ on 1340 and 1450, VA MD and NYC TISes on 1700, and other stuff from this area; and also Cuba Rebelde strong on 1620 - all on a new BOG I've set up to the sse at Burnt River ON.  Had audio from preesumed UK on 693 earlier on east wire.
