[IRCA] WJYP and WSCW

Hi All:

The Topazdesigns list shows WJYP, 1300, St. Albans, WV and WSCW, 1410, South Charleston, WV, as carrying the same programming.  WJYP continues to be southern gospel, while WSCW is now carrying a classic country/bluegrass format.  I don't think there has been a call change on the 1410, but while both are audible here, neither comes il either well or without interference from other stations on the channel.
