[IRCA] Dattime Skip signals

Patrick,

I did not check 1150 or 1170, but tomorrow at noon I will give check them for 
KSL's IBOC interference.  Did not hear KSL on the Escape radio when driving to
Woodland.  Very happy with the High Performance active whip, I plan on raising 
it another 10' to 30' soon.
