[IRCA] TP for 30 November, 2011 from Victoria; a real stinker

Didn't get to the dials until late yesterday, so no report (although seemed
half decent).  On the other hand, this morning is down right poor.  Nick's
DX Fishbarrel said it all when I turned in at 14:35.  No audio, but 10 or
15 carriers.  Might have just gotten a few "burbles in the splatter", but
that's about it.  At 15:05, I can hear the NHK2 station on 774 at 7 level.
Hopefully this won't be a sign of things to come!  SF 141, A 11, K (12:00)
3.  No space weather past nor predicted for next 24 hours.
