Conditions down from previous mornings here.  Only one Russian
long-wave heard and no two tier stations heard.

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1443 fair signal with music.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1452 weak signal for a minute then faded.
657     DPR OF KOREA, 1517 in late with music and weak signal.
774     JAPAN, JOUB 1448 weak signal with man in Japanese.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1445 weak signal with woman in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1446 fair signal with woman in Chinese.
