189      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1411 good signal with man in Russian.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1420 weak signal with man in Russian.
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1415 good signal with man in Japanese.
696      JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1416 fair signal with domestic splatter.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1417 fair signal with man in Japanese and splatter.
828      JAPAN, JOBB HNK2 1418 weak signal with above program.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1419 weak signal.
