[IRCA] Rapid Pulse noise on 1610khz

There is a rapid pulsing type noise on 1610khz with a
SE/NW loop bearing.  Suspect Cuba as the
source.  First noticed this at 01:00 CST.

Are  they trying to jam CHHA?
