[IRCA] Tip: KCMN-1530

Someone forgot to throw the switch at KCMN-1530 Colorado Springs, which is completely dominating the frequency with oldies from the '50's and '60's. Probably an easy catch west of the Mississippi where WCKY and KFBK aren't a problem -Paul Swearingen, Topeka
