[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 11/11/11
I heard weak audio from JOIB 747 at 1020 on Tecsun PL-310. There was a weak carrier signal (no audio) on 774 at the same time.
No TP signals were audible at local sunrise (1302 UTC).
CHMB 1320, Vancouver, was audible with a fair signal on a barefoot Sony SRF-T615 ULR at 1056 UTC.
