China CRN1 639 was the only non-regular station heard this morning.
NHK2 did not sign-off at 1520 utc this morning.  

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1357-1403 poor signal at best.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1404 weak signal with man in Russian.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1405 fair signal with man in Japanese.
639     CHINA, CRN1 1444 weak signal and // 5945.
666     JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1441 weak signal with man in Japanese.
693     JAPAN, JOAB NKH2 1406 weak signal with a lot of splatter.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1408 out of splatter with good signal with
          English Radio Conversation program.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1410 good signal with above program.
           Still around at 1528 with weak signal and English Radio Conversation.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1446 weak signal with talk.
